The Painting Exhibition focuses on the spirit of the Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympics, ice and snow sports as the themes. To express and disseminate the best wishes to the 2022 Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
A3 or quarto (within 389mm × 546mm)

Fill in the painting information form and the painting exhibition group registration form as required, and attach the information form to the back of the painting;
Submit the digital copy by email before delivering the original works. All the original art works should be delivered by postal mail, at the following address before July 30, 2021:

The digital copy is expected to be sent in JPG or PNG format with the resolution of 300 dpi and the size of 1-5M. Please keep the original works and be sure to deliver it as required, that is, marking the works in order and corresponding it to the group registration form.
A blessing card can be attached to the work. On the card, you may write down your blessings to the 2022 Beijing Olympics and the Paralympic Winter Games in your native language, and sign your personal signature and date. The card will be displayed at the opening ceremony and the official launch of the blessings for the Winter Olympics. A printed copy of your blessing words is highly appreciated to ensure a proper translation.
Copyright of all entries belongs to BPAFFC（the organizer） and the painter enjoys the right of authorship. BPAFFC has the right to retain the works and use them for free in non-commercial activities (including exhibition, publicity, publication, production of derivative products, etc) aimed for the promotion of people-to-people friendship between China and foreign countries. This event is a non-beneficial event, it’s free for all the participants.
All paintings shall be the original works of the participants without any copyrighted content and have not been published in other exhibitions.
Participants shall also guarantee their works shall not infringe on the rights or interests of a third party (including copyright, portrait right, reputation right, privacy right and other legal rights and interests).
