As an objective historical phenomenon and process, globalization has brought about the economic integration of various countries and regions in the world, and exerted a profound impact on the industrial development of the whole world. However, as the outbreak of the new champions league in 2020 further global epidemic, countries are open closed block measures, let protectionism and nationalism trend of rise, caused the raw materials, goods, talent, technology and other production factors cannot free flow and orderly configuration, led to the global supply chain tension chaos even restructuring, the reduce of international trade and business confidence fell, the impact to the current international system, objectively make globalization manufacturing into the inverse era of globalization.
As the workshop of the world, China has to face the deglobalization in the post-epidemic era. Many countries, especially developed countries, no longer rely on China as an important product supplier and processing channel, which also hinders cooperation with China in technology and innovation. Both China and the rest of the world are facing great challenges from globalization.
However, we also see that the digital economy under the adverse global era is booming and rising against the trend. Not only in China, but all over the world, the digital economy has shown its strong resilience and innovation ability to fight against "de-globalization", making global manufacturing present a new form of development. The digital economy has played a positive role in strengthening industrial connectivity, innovating industrial ecology, promoting transnational collaboration, enhancing information sharing and stimulating the driving force for innovation. It has greatly maintained the stability of the global industrial chain and supply chain, brought the interests of all countries closer together, and become a powerful force in the fight against "de-globalization”.
