After the busy fashion week, FAD's fourth-year students began the Business and Range Plan Project.
Through lectures, seminars, and Self-directed research, students need to understand the language of business enabling them to communicate effectively with business leaders and financiers, and articulate and present their ideas to potential partners, investors, employers, business customers and / or the final consumers for whom the collection is intended.

Investment (IGI), started a two-day Business and Range Plan seminar for FAD's fourth-year students with the theme of “Getting to why".
Allegra asked students to express their thinking and feelings through WHY, HOW, then WHAT. Through interviews between the students, they can dig deeper into each other's ideas, more detailed, clearly understand their collections, learn to express their ideas more concretely and convincingly convey their work to a wide audience from the perspective of hearing, vision and numbers.
After the seminar of Allegra, students have a clearer positioning of their work.
Mr. Zhu Taiheng shared the SWOT analysis with students and taught students how to use SWOT to conduct a situational analysis of the brand's internal and external competitive environment and competitive conditions.
At the end of the course, he told students to be down-to-earth, don't set a goal that is too perfect and doesn’t rush to seek success, and must continue to learn skills and knowledge beyond your majors in order to survive.
