-Associate will work with Relationship Managers as well as contacting clients directly to resolve compliance related questions and inquiries.

职位描述

1. Independently maintain and grow relationships with PE/VC clients. Understanding PE/VC client’s business need and proactively identify sales opportunity, including credit and non-credit product requirements.

2. Possessing knowledge related to bank products and PE/VC, solve Fund client’s compliance and business inquires.

Initiating credit structuring including monitoring and analyzing PE/VC clients’ financial performance, constructing financial model, and capable of underwriting a credit package; Completing lending execution process and managing post-loan. 1. 10+ years of banking experience- Relationship Manager Role, familiar with VC/PE or related fields；Strong financial analysis/ modeling skills.
