For people who like pairing food and wine, such dinners can be confusing as there are so many flavors to consider, from rich savory gravy to buttery mashed potatoes to tangy cranberry.

If you plan to share dinner with friends or family, try opening several wines and letting people decide what they like. Fruity wines with ample acidity generally work well.

And for those who want U.S. wine paired to a U.S holiday meal, the buttery Chardonnay and jammy Zinfandel from Criss Cross are options, although they are bigger richer wines.
起泡酒爱好者但又还没品尝过红衣乐园普罗塞克天然高泡葡萄酒的你，可以拿一瓶来尝尝。黑皮诺也是一个受欢迎的选择。对于想在美国节日大餐中搭配美国葡萄酒的人来说，暴走加州的莎当妮干白葡萄酒和老藤增芳德干红葡萄酒都是不错的选择，尽管它们都是口感更醇厚的葡萄酒。

For fans of CHEERS, the wine portfolio became increasingly diverse, with additions including those Springfield Estate wines, the Donatushof Saar Riesling, with its lean citrus and mineral character, a bunch of new Tussock Jumper options and two “minimal intervention” wines from local producer Xiao Pu. Lots of choice!

On top of that, the first official CHEERS kitchen opened—at Store 32 at Sanyuaniao—which means tasty bites to go with all those wines. Who knows, maybe at this time next year, that shop will be serving turkey dinner!
