They say chilled wine on a hot day can perform miracles. As the summer heat descends, here are some tips for keeping your vino cool👇.

葡萄酒爱好者通常不愿在杯中加入冰块，因为他们担心冰块会让酒变得太稀。要解决这个问题，可以把葡萄放入冰箱冷冻，然后在杯里放几颗或者一串。

Wine lovers often balk at adding ice to their glass for fear it will make things too watery. Solve that dilemma by freezing grapes and plopping a bunch into your drink.

冰冻的樱桃、蓝莓或覆盆子也可以用来配普罗塞克或卡瓦起泡葡萄酒。

Frozen cherries, blueberries or raspberries can also be a nice addition to a glass of Prosecco or Cava.

这是很经典的方法。要冷却葡萄酒，先在桶里装满冰块，加水至半满，然后把瓶子放进去。(水的散热速度比空气快，而且冷却瓶子的速度也比单纯用冰更快。) 

This is the old standard. To chill a wine, fill a bucket with ice, add water until it is about half full, then slip in the bottle. (Water conducts cold better than air and chills that bottle faster than by simply using ice.)

如果你想尝试更多，或者需要更快地冷却葡萄酒，可以在冰水中加入盐来降低冰点。

And if you are even more ambitious, or need to chill your wine faster, add salt to the ice water to lower its freezing point.

If you are going to be out and about, such as at a picnic or the beach, pack your chilled wine in an insulated bag or ice-filled cooler. By the way, wines with screw tops are good in these situations given how often people forget to also pack a corkscrew.
