It’s been almost a full week since we opened. We’re so excited and grateful for all the positive feedback we’ve received from Beijing’s food lovers and for all the support TRB fans showed us on our opening night. Our extensive menu which offers a family style sharing concept has been a huge hit. We couldn't be happier with the satisfaction we’ve received from guests.

There’s one item on our menu that’s stood out amongst the rest. The thing that foodies have been raving about over and over are the soufflés.

如果一款美食可以让食客们念念不忘，那它一定是店家的招牌。而在 Hulu的菜单中，就有这样一种被誉为“温柔的云朵”且让人念念不忘的甜品——舒芙蕾。

Soft, airy, and dissolves in your mouth. It’s like taking a bite of an egg-hinted cloud. Hulu offers four options for soufflés - Maison Callebaut 54% milk chocolate, passion fruit, Maison Callebaut 70% dark chocolate, and Grand Marnier. It has quickly become a guest favourite and a dessert that rises to the occasion every time. Pun intended.

舒芙蕾, 名字源于法语动词Soufflé，意为“充气” 。刚刚烤出来上桌的舒芙蕾，口感蓬松轻盈如云朵，入口似有似无，香甜确充满唇齿之间。因此舒芙蕾必须要趁热吃，否则它就开始塌陷，由蓬松云朵委顿成绵软蛋饼。在Hulu你就可以品尝到这种经典法式甜品，且有四种口味可选——54%牛奶巧克力、70%黑巧克力、热情果及香橙甜酒口味。由于在国内餐厅很少见到”娇弱“的舒芙蕾，Hulu的舒芙蕾已经俨然成为每桌客人必点“招牌甜品”了！
