As we move into the final stages of the 2019 Pizza Cup, this year's Beijing Pizza Fest already seems like a fond and distant memory. The fest, as a precursor to the intense voting action that follows, serves as the official pizza testing ground so that the good Beijing public can taste, first hand, who's been slaving away oven-side, perfecting their doughy concepts.

We're proud to say that the festival is also a way for lesser-known venues to get the word out to people who may not otherwise know that they have the good stuff. Of course, it's also just a hell of a lot of fun.

Take a quick break – call it a palate cleanser if you will – from the dog-eat-dog Final Four round, and relive the fun that was this year's Pizza Festival below:
