Since the ban on in-house dining, I have found myself really missing a nice, refreshing cocktail. Now, I consider myself a pretty decent cook, however, when it comes to making cocktails, I completely suck. They always come out way too strong or I never have the exact ingredients and end up substituting something for another ingredient which completely messes the whole thing up.
Luckily for me, and any other failed cocktail mixologist, Beijing has the perfect solution: DIY cocktail kits and premixed cocktails. We’ve put together a handy list of some of the best deals on offer so that enjoying a nice cocktail after a long day working from home couldn’t be easier.
Moving beyond just offering delicious sliders, Slider Nation now offers DIY cocktail kits. They have two
cocktail kits available: a Gin and Tonic Kit for RMB 90 and a Bloody
Mary Kit for RMB 99. Now, I love myself a gin and tonic, but the real
star of the show has to be the Bloody Mary.
Included in the kit are two shots of chili pepper-infused vodka, tomato juice, secret
seasoning containing homemade celery salt and a variety of garnishes.
Combine them at home to create the perfect balance of flavors and adjust
for your desired spiciness and you have the ideal brunch accompaniment
(or hangover cure).
Slider Nation is available to order on: Meituan Waimai, JSS, Sherpas and Eleme.
