泳者游泳夏令营旨在丰富学生们的暑假生活,推广青少年游泳运动并提高游泳运动水平,培养孩子们的运动兴趣、激发运动潜能,让孩子们在专业和快乐的氛围中享受游泳带来的乐趣,在夏令营活动中提高孩子们的独立能力,增强自信心。
训练模式分为 五种模块,五个级别
技术、耐力、爆发力、身体协调性、柔韧性
夏令营将专注于开发游泳技术和增强游泳小将们的体能耐力,专业的青少年体能训练师制定体能计划,使用视频分析来优化水下技术动作,夏令营将针对每个营员体质特征,量身定制科学有效的训练计划。
初学的小泳者们也会在短期的学习之后快速掌握基本游泳动作,逐步提高身体素质,综合能力尤其是心肺功能和身体协调能力。
我们的夏季训练营虽然过程辛苦,历经挑战,但在丰富多彩的高质量训练中,营员们也会充分享受到游泳带来的乐趣,并在暑期内结交到新的小伙伴。

Aqua Warriors Swimming Club’s summer camp aims to enrich student's summer vacation life, promoting youth swimming exercise and improve the sports level, raise the swimmers' interest in sports and inspire potential, to make the swimmers in professional, happy atmosphere to enjoy the fun of swimming in the summer camp activities to improve children's independent ability, increased self-confidence.
Summer camp will focus on developing technology and enhance the swimming squad which physical stamina, as well as optimizing turns and starts using video analysis, summer camp will customize scientific and effective training program for every member’s constitution characteristic.
Beginners will learn and master the basic swimming movement after a short-term camp, the camp will improve the comprehensive ability of their body gradually, especially the cardiopulmonary function and body coordination.
Although our camp will be a challenge, however swimmers will enjoy the fun of swimming meanwhile the high-quality training, to get the opportunity to make new friends and enhance friendship during the summer camp. Swim from now on, summer camp will make you healthier.
Our Coach team
has made specific plan for this summer camp, aiming at the problems
caused by lacking of training time and inconsistent training, some
technological difficulties and diving-twist skills will be improved in
the camp.
Swimming is a type of muscle memory sports, we will improve our performance through the constantly training and energy reservation. Summer camp will be 6 weeks, although it’s a challenge to physical strength and willpower, but it will also be a great opportunity to improve skills in a short time.
Summer is the season of growth spurt, core strength training for teenager will develop their body and skeleton, it is different from many places that practice in the absolute power. Swimming is about the whole body to participate in high intensity exercise project, it is required a high level of integrating strength, power and flexibility. We have the detailed training plan to enhance various abilities of swimmers.
