"Gonna Get There Someday" is a song by American country music singer-songwriter Frederick Dierks Bentley. Bentley wrote this with fellow country singer Deric Ruttan and producer Brett Beavers. With triple fiddles that bring out the sadness, Dierks talks about the loss of his girl, and how he is getting through it, but who the girl is might shock you. The croaky voice combined with soothing melody brings a kind of serenity to our heart.
