学校简介
中国矿业大学是教育部直属全国重点高校、国家“211工程”“985优势学科创新平台项目”和国家“双一流”建设高校。学校坐落于全球宜居城市、国家生态园林城市、国家环保模范城市、全国文明城市——江苏省徐州市。现有文昌和南湖两个校区,占地面积4800亩,学校配有附属幼儿园、小学、初中和高中,矿大附中的教育质量名列全市前茅。

人才引进政策
◼︎引进人才任职条件及待遇
(一)讲师/助理研究员(3年考核合格后入编)
任职条件:
取得博士学位证和毕业证。近3年,理工类参加过国家级科研项目(文管类参加过省部级以上级别科研项目)或获得省部级以上科技奖励或获得国家发明专利,且已发表“三类高质量论文”。年龄不超过32周岁。根据综合考察评价结果,给予相应引进待遇。
引进待遇:
薪金年收入15-20万元人民币起,学龄子女就读附属学校。除此之外,还可享受以下待遇:
A类:学校提供安家费10万元人民币(一次性到账),提供租金补贴15万元人民币,提供科研平台建设经费15万元人民币(文管类9万元人民币);
B类:学校提供安家费10万元人民币(一次性到账),提供租金补贴10万元人民币,提供科研平台建设经费10万元人民币(文管类6万元人民币);
C类:学校提供安家费5万元人民币(一次性到账),提供租金补贴5万元人民币,提供科研平台建设经费6万元人民币(文管类3万元人民币)。
(二)师资博士后
进站条件:
获得博士学位一般不超过3年,年龄一般不超过32周岁。理工类参加过国家级科研项目,文管类参加过省部级以上级别科研项目,或获得省部级以上科技奖励,或获得国家发明专利,且已发表“三类高质量论文” (具有国际影响力的国内科技期刊的论文、业界公认的国际顶级或重要科技期刊的论文、在国内外顶级学术会议上进行报告的论文)。
引进待遇:
作为后备师资培养,在站期间可不占指标评审副教授(副研究员),通过后直聘入校,享受副高引进待遇,或符合相关条件后准聘副教授或常聘讲师留校。在站期间薪金年收入20-23万,学校另予缴纳社会保险和公积金,还可享受相关单位的绩效奖励。入选国家“博新计划”(63万)和“引进项目”(40万)的,国家拨付的资助待遇与学校待遇叠加享受;入选“江苏省卓越博士后计划”(30万)的,江苏省拨付的资助待遇与学校待遇叠加享受;进入徐州市企业博士后科研工作站或创新实践基地工作的,徐州市科研补助(12万)与学校待遇叠加享受;企业联合培养的,企业资助和学校待遇叠加享受。参加江苏省机关事业单位养老保险,学龄子女按在编教师子女入学政策就读附属学校。
(三)准聘副教授(副研究员)
任职条件:
具有优秀教育背景,学术成果较突出,通过基层单位学术评价及学校认定。具体条件可直接咨询相关学院(平台)或学校人力资源部。年龄不超过35周岁,全职到校工作。
引进待遇:
薪金年收入20-25万元人民币,学校提供住房补贴35万元人民币,科研平台建设经费20万元人民币(文管类12万元人民币)。学龄子女就读附属学校。
(四)特聘副研究员
任职条件:
具有优秀教育背景,在相关学科领域已达到破格晋升我校副教授(或副研究员)的条件,经认定具有较大发展潜力的青年人才。年龄一般不超过32周岁(哲学社会科学和文化艺术类不超过35周岁),全职到校工作。
引进待遇:
学校提供薪酬30万元人民币/年,住房补贴40万元人民币,科研平台建设经费30万元人民币。学龄子女就读附属学校。
(五)准聘/直聘教授(研究员)
任职条件:
准聘教授(研究员)须通过基层单位学术评价及学校认定;直聘教授(研究员)须具有较高学术水平,通过学校组织的学术评价,达到我校专业技术四级岗水平。具体条件可直接咨询相关学院(平台)或学校人力资源部。准聘岗位年龄一般不超过40周岁(哲学社会科学和文化艺术类不超过45周岁),全职到校工作。
引进待遇:
薪金年收入30-35万元人民币,学校提供住房补贴45万元人民币,科研平台建设经费35万元人民币(文管类20万元人民币)。学龄子女就读附属学校。
(六)特聘研究员
任职条件:
在海内外知名高校取得博士学位或在海外著名大学、科研机构、著名企业从事科研工作三年以上的优秀博士、有培养潜力的青年骨干,在相关学科领域已达到破格晋升我校教授(或研究员)的条件,经评审认定具有发展潜力。年龄一般不超过38周岁(哲学社会科学和文化艺术类不超过43周岁),全职到校工作。
引进待遇:
学校提供薪酬40万元人民币/年,住房补贴50万元人民币,科研平台建设经费40万元人民币。学龄子女就读附属学校。
(七)攀登学者
任职条件:
具有广阔的学术视野和创新思维,在自然科学、哲学社会科学和文化艺术重点领域取得突出学术成果;具有助力本学科赶超国际先进水平的能力,有成为该领域学术带头人的发展潜力。年龄一般不超过45周岁(哲学社会科学和文化艺术类不超过50周岁),全职到校工作。
引进待遇:
1. 年薪:60-80万元人民币;
2. 住房补贴:90㎡住房等值货币补贴;
3. 平台经费:150万元人民币;
4. 团队建设:协助组建科研团队,全校实验平台开放共享;

(八)杰出学者
任职条件:
在学科领域内取得同行公认的突出学术成就,具有较大的学术影响力和较强的组织管理能力,能带领青年学者推动相关学科领域发展的领军人才、学科带头人。年龄一般不超过60周岁,全职到校工作。

1. 岗位:长聘教授;
2. 年薪:80-100万元人民币;
3. 住房补贴:150㎡住房等值货币补贴;
4. 平台经费:600万元人民币;
5. 团队建设:配备1-3名科研助手,协助组建科研团队,全校实验平台开放共享;

(九)卓越学者
任职条件:
国际同行公认,具有广泛国际学术影响力的战略科学家。年龄一般不超过70岁,全职到校工作。

As one of the “double first-class” universities in China, China University of Mining and Technology (hereinafter referred to as CUMT ) is located in Xuzhou city, which is an important city along the Beijing-Shanghai Railway with 10 million people. We are looking for doctors, academicians and other talents in a wide range of disciplines. Introduction of CUMT
China University of Mining and Technology is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, one of the universities supported by the national “Project 211” and the national “Project 985”, and one of the “Double First-Class” universities in China. It is located in Xuzhou city, which is known as a livable city in the world, national ecological garden city, national model city for environmental protection and national civilized city. The two campuses of Wenchang and Nanhu cover a total area of 4800 mu (320 hectares). There are kindergarten, primary school and high school affiliated to CUMT. The attached high school ranks top in Xuzhou in terms of education and teaching quality.
With a history of more than 100 years, CUMT is striving to become a world-class university with energy resources as its characteristics. CUMT has 23 schools. Among the 3400 faculty members or more, there are 2145 full-time teachers, including 507 professors and 883 associate professors. There are over 23,500 full-time undergraduates, over 13,300 post-graduate students and doctoral candidates, and more than 740 international students.
CUMT has 1 national first-level key discipline, 8 national key sub-disciplines, 2 state key laboratories, 2 national engineering (technology) research centers, 4 key laboratories of Ministry of Education, 18 first-level discipline doctoral programs, 16 postdoctoral research stations, 36 first-level discipline master’s programs, and 72 undergraduate majors.

Engineering, geoscience, materials science, chemistry, mathematics, environment and ecology, computer science and social sciences entered the top 1% of global universities and research institutions.
Engineering, in particular, entered the global top 1‰.

Talent Introduction Policies
1. Basic requirements
Candidates must follow the correct political direction, earnestly implement the Party’s education policy, be patriotic and devoted, and abide by laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. Candidates should also demonstrate great enthusiasm for higher education and behave properly according to the teachers’ code of ethics. Candidates should be competent in teaching and doing research in related disciplines in which they have received their degrees. Integrity, a rigorous attitude towards scientific research, teamwork spirit, good physical and mental conditions are also required.
2. Post-specific requirements, salaries and other benefits
(1) Lecturer / Research Assistant (After passing the evaluation at the end of the third year, candidantes will be offered budgeted posts at CUMT.)
Requirements:
Candidates must have obtained a doctoral degree and corresponding diploma and must age 32 and below. One of the following three conditions should be met. Firstly, candidates in Science and Engineering must have participated in national-level research projects and those in Arts and Management must have participated in research projects at the provincial and ministerial level or above in the past three years. Secondly, candidates must have won science and technology awards at the provincial and ministerial level or above in the past three years. Thirdly, in the past three years, candidates must have obtained the national invention patent and published high quality paper(s) on domestic scientific journals with international influence or on well recognized international top or important scientific journals, or have published high quality paper(s) which have been presented at top academic conferences at home and abroad. Benefits will be determined based on the outcome of comprehensive evaluation.
Salaries and other benefits:
Lecturer / Research Assistant shall enjoy an annual salary of RMB150,000 to 200,000. Their children are qualified for CUMT-affiliated kindergarten, primary school and high school. In addition, they shall be granted one of the following benefits:
Category A: CUMT shall offer a lump sum settlement subsidy of RMB100,000, a rent subsidy of RMB 150,000 and research platform development fund of RMB 150,000 (RMB 90,000 for those in Arts and Management).
Category B: CUMT shall offer a lump sum settlement subsidy of RMB100,000, a rent subsidy of RMB 100,000 and research platform development fund of RMB 100,000 (RMB 60,000 for those in Arts and Management).
Category C: CUMT shall offer a lump sum settlement subsidy of RMB50,000, a rent subsidy of RMB50,000 and research platform development fund of RMB60,000 (RMB 30,000 for those in Arts and Management).
(2)Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow
Requirements:
Candidates should age 32 and below, with the doctoral degree obtained in recent three years. One of the following three conditions should be met. Firstly, candidates in Science and Engineering must have participated in national-level research projects and those in Arts and Management must have participated in research projects at the provincial and ministerial level or above. Secondly, candidates must have won science and technology awards at the provincial and ministerial level or above. Thirdly, candidates must have obtained the national invention patent and published high quality paper(s) on domestic scientific journals with international influence or on well recognized international top or important scientific journals, or have published high quality paper(s) which have been presented at top academic conferences at home and abroad.
Salaries and other benefits:
As candidate staff at CUMT, postdoctoral teaching fellows may apply for associate professorship (associate researcher) without using the quota while they are working at the postdoctoral research station. If they meet requirements of associate professorship, they will be employed as CUMT staff and enjoy salaries and other benefits granted to employees who are recruited as associate professors. Postdoctoral teaching fellows will be eligible for prospective associate professorship or be employed as a lecturer if they meet other requirements. Postdoctoral teaching fellows will enjoy an annual salary of RMB200,000 to 230,000 while working at the postdoctoral station and other incentives. Social insurance and provident fund are covered by CUMT. Those selected for the national “Postdoctoral Candidates Recruitment Plan” (630,000) and the “Introduction Project” (400,000) shall enjoy the subsidy and benefits allocated both by the state and CUMT. Those selected for the “Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Postdoctoral Program” (300,000) shall enjoy the subsidy and benefits allocated both by Jiangsu province and CUMT. Those working at Xuzhou Enterprise Postdoctoral Research Station or Innovation Practice Base shall enjoy a research subsidy of RMB120,000 from Xuzhou city and benefits allocated by CUMT. Those in university-enterprise joint education programs shall enjoy enterprise subsidy and benefits allocated by CUMT. Children of those covered by the pension plan of Jiangsu public institutions shall be qualified for CUMT-affiliated kindergarten, primary school and high school according to the university policy..
(3) Prospective associate professor (associate research fellow)
Requirements:
Candidates must age 35 and below and be able to work on a full-time basis at CUMT. Candidates must have excellent educational background, outstanding academic achievements and pass the academic evaluation of the school (platform) they are applying for and the academic evaluation of CUMT. Please contact the school (platform) or the Human Resources Office of CUMT for specific information.
Salaries and other benefits:
Prospective associate professor (associate research fellow) shall enjoy an annual salary of RMB200,000 to 250,000. CUMT shall offer a settlement subsidy of RMB350,000 and research platform development fund of RMB200,000 (RMB120,000 for those in Arts and Management). Their children are qualified for CUMT-affiliated kindergarten, primary school and high school.
(4) Distinguished associate research fellow
Requirements:
Candidates must age 32 and below (35 and below for those in Philosophy, Social sciences, Art and Culture) and be able to work on a full-time basis at CUMT. In addition to excellent educational background, candidates must have reached the requirements for jumping-the-rank promotion to associate professorship (or associate research fellow) at CUMT and must be identified as promising young talents by CUMT.
Salaries and other benefits:
CUMT offers an annual salary of RMB300,000, a settlement subsidy of RMB400,000 and research platform development fund of RMB300,000. Their children are qualified for CUMT-affiliated kindergarten, primary school and high school.
(5) Prospective / jumping-the-rank professor (researcher)
Requirements:
Prospective (researcher) must age 40 and below (45 and below for those in Philosophy, Social sciences, Art and Culture), be able to work on a full-time basis at CUMT, pass the academic evaluation of the school they are applying for and the academic evaluation of CUMT. Jumping-the-rank professor (researcher) must demonstrate a high level of research competence, pass the academic evaluation of CUMT, and meet the requirements of Level-4 professional post at CUMT. Please contact the school or the Human Resources Office of CUMT for specific information.
Salaries and other benefits:
CUMT offers an annual salary of RMB300,000 to RMB350,000, a settlement subsidy of RMB450,000 and research platform development fund of RMB350,000 (RMB200,000 for those in Arts and Management). Their children are qualified for CUMT-affiliated kindergarten, primary school and high school.
(6) Distinguished research fellow
Requirements:
Candidates must age 38 and below (43 and below for those in Philosophy, Social sciences, Art and Culture) and be able to work on a full-time basis at CUMT. Candidates must be promising and backbone talents who have obtained doctoral degrees in well-known universities at home and abroad or have been engaged in scientific research in famous overseas universities, scientific research institutions or famous enterprises for more than three years. What’s more, candidates must have met the jumping-the-rank promotion conditions for professorship (research fellow) at CUMT and must be identified by CUMT as promising talents.
Salaries and other benefits:
CUMT offers an annual salary of RMB400,000, a settlement subsidy of RMB500,000 and research platform development fund of RMB400,000. Their children are qualified for CUMT-affiliated kindergarten, primary school and high school.
(7) Climbing scholar
Requirements:
Candidates must age 45 and below (50 and below for those in Philosophy, Social sciences, Art and Culture) and be able to work on a full-time basis at CUMT. Candidates must have a broad academic vision and innovative thinking, and achieve outstanding academic achievements in key areas of natural science, philosophy and social sciences, culture and arts. Candidates must contribute to the development of related discipline so that it ranks top in the world. Candidates must also demonstrate the potential to become an academic leader in related discipline.
Salaries and other benefits:
CUMT offers an annual salary of RMB600,000 to RMB800,000, a settlement subsidy equivalent to the settlement fee for an apartment with 90 square meters, and research platform development fund of RMB 1.5 million. CUMT will support them in organizing their research teams and grant them access to CUMT experiment platforms. Their children are qualified for CUMT-affiliated kindergarten, primary school and high school.
(8) Eminent scholar
Requirements:
Candidates must age 60 and below and be able to work on a full-time basis at CUMT. Candidates must have outstanding academic achievements recognized by peers in the discipline, wide academic influence, strong organizational and management capabilities, which enable them to become leading talents and academic leaders who can guide young scholars to contribute to the development of related discipline.
Salaries and other benefits:
Eminent scholars are employed on a long-term basis. CUMT offers an annual salary of RMB800,000 to RMB1 million, a settlement subsidy equivalent to the settlement fee for an apartment with 150 square meters, and research platform development fund of RMB 6 million. CUMT will assign one to three research assistants to help them organize their research teams and grant scholars access to CUMT experiment platforms. Their spouses will be offered job opportunities at CUMT and their children are qualified for CUMT-affiliated kindergarten, primary school and high school.
(9) Outstanding scholar
Requirements:
Candidates must age 70 and below and be able to work on a full-time basis at CUMT. Candidates must be strategic scientists recognized by peers internationally and have global academic influence.
Salaries and other benefits:
Outstanding scholars are employed on a long-term basis. Salaries are subject to negotiation. CUMT offers a settlement subsidy equivalent to the settlement fee for an apartment with 300 square meters and research platform development fund of RMB 20 million. CUMT will assign three to five research assistants to help them organize their research teams and grant scholars access to CUMT experiment platforms. Outstanding scholars will have quota for admitting Ph.D. candidates every year. Their spouses will be offered job opportunities at CUMT and their children are qualified for CUMT-affiliated kindergarten, primary school and high school.
CUMT offers well-furnished and ready-to-move-in temporary housing for talents.
