李克勤（jixuie）题记：谈到交通问题，交通关键是通。通是道器变通之魂。
一、何谓通？何为通？
何谓通？
这是要回答通是什么含义。
《周易·系辞下》里面有：“穷则变，变则通，通则久”。
通对立面是不通，不通就是堵塞。
穷——窮，指洞穴不可行进的终极处——堵塞了。字形采用“穴”作边旁，采用“躳”作声旁。在穷的状态，在面临穷的时候，就得变化，以实现对穷的突破，达到“通”，只有通才持久，穷就难受，难以持久。
2.何为通？
这是要回答通是什么个样子。
道器变通之通指的是这个意思。
二、通是道器变通之魂
所谓魂，就是无处不在，无孔不入。
通，在整个道器变通里，时刻讲究想得通，说得通，行得通。
通，不是天然形成，是从不通——变成——通。
不通，就会引起不舒适，“痛则不通”。
通，则会自然舒适，“通则不痛”。
因此，通，是一种人经常要去追求的状态。
辛弃疾 (宋)《青玉案·元夕》：
【东风夜放花千树。
更吹落、星如雨。宝马雕车香满路。
凤箫声动，玉壶光转，一夜鱼龙舞。
蛾儿雪柳黄金缕。
笑语盈盈暗香去。
众里寻他千百度。
蓦然回首，那人却在，灯火阑珊处。】
这是古代一个典型的道器变通之通——蓦然回首，那人却在，灯火阑珊处：
在舞剧《红色娘子军》里，吴清华原是恶霸地主南霸天家的女奴，因不堪欺凌与压迫逃出了南府，但被南霸天一伙追上打得昏死过去。南霸天以为吴清华已死，带领狗腿子离去。党代表洪常青带领通讯员小庞化妆侦察，途经椰林寨时救起了吴清华，并问明身世，指明投奔方向。吴清华加入娘子军以后，为了歼灭南霸天，洪常青化妆成华侨巨商带她深入南府，由于吴清华擅自开枪，过早地暴露了战斗信号，致使南霸天逃脱。吴清华在党的教育下觉悟不断提高。
大约在55:44 ——
在第四场“党育英雄，军民一家”里，“政治课”一段之后，是“清华独舞”，表现的正是她道器变通——从不通，到通的那个阶段。
背景音乐，先抑后扬，吴清华独舞结束镜头，实在是妙极了——道器变通了。
党代表和连长不仅帮助、启发吴清华，而且准确把握时机，对犯了错误，又能觉悟的同志，给予及时肯定，将吴清华的枪，重新发给了她。
这就是个人与组织融为一体的道器变通。
红色娘子军里的党员同志，就是毛主席说的“一个共产党员起码应该具备的态度”，他们是在实事求是，重要的环节是悟道。
毛主席在《改造我们的学习》里指出：
【第二种：马克思列宁主义的态度。
在这种态度下，就是应用马克思列宁主义的理论和方法，对周围环境作系统的周密的调查和研究。不是单凭热情去工作，而是如同斯大林所说的那样：把革命气概和实际精神结合起来。在这种态度下，就是不要割断历史。不单是懂得希腊就行了，还要懂得中国；不但要懂得外国革命史，还要懂得中国革命史；不但要懂得中国的今天，还要懂得中国的昨天和前天。在这种态度下，就是要有目的地去研究马克思列宁主义的理论，要使马克思列宁主义的理论和中国革命的实际运动结合起来，是为着解决中国革命的理论问题和策略问题而去从它找立场，找观点，找方法的。这种态度，就是有的放矢的态度。“的”就是中国革命，“矢”就是马克思列宁主义。我们中国共产党人所以要找这根“矢”，就是为了要射中国革命和东方革命这个“的”的。这种态度，就是实事求是的态度。“实事”就是客观存在着的一切事物，“是”就是客观事物的内部联系，即规律性，“求”就是我们去研究。我们要从国内外、省内外、县内外、区内外的实际情况出发，从其中引出其固有的而不是臆造的规律性，即找出周围事变的内部联系，作为我们行动的向导。而要这样做，就须不凭主观想象，不凭一时的热情，不凭死的书本，而凭客观存在的事实，详细地占有材料，在马克思列宁主义一般原理的指导下，从这些材料中引出正确的结论。这种结论，不是甲乙丙丁的现象罗列，也不是夸夸其谈的滥调文章，而是科学的结论。这种态度，有实事求是之意，无哗众取宠之心。这种态度，就是党性的表现，就是理论和实际统一的马克思列宁主义的作风。这是一个共产党员起码应该具备的态度。】

【Secondly, there is the Marxist-Leninist attitude.
With this attitude, a person applies the theory and method of Marxism-Leninism to the systematic and thorough investigation and study of the environment.
He does not work by enthusiasm alone but, as Stalin says, combines revolutionary sweep with practicalness.
With this attitude he will not chop up history. It is not enough for him to know ancient Greece, he must know China; he must know the revolutionary history not only of foreign countries but also of China, not only the China of today but also the China of yesterday and of the day before yesterday.
With this attitude, one studies the theory of Marxism-Leninism with a purpose, that is, to integrate Marxist-Leninist theory with the actual movement of the Chinese revolution and to seek from this theory the stand, viewpoint and method with which to solve the theoretical and tactical problems of the Chinese revolution. Such an attitude is one of shooting the arrow at the target.
The "target" is the Chinese revolution, the "arrow" is Marxism-Leninism.
We Chinese Communists have been seeking this arrow because we want to hit the target of the Chinese revolution and of the revolution of the East.
To take such an attitude is to seek truth from facts. "Facts" are all the things that exist objectively, "truth" means their internal relations, that is, the laws governing them, and "to seek" means to study.
We should proceed from the actual conditions inside and outside the country, the province, county or district, and derive from them, as our guide to action, laws which are inherent in them and not imaginary, that is, we should find the internal relations of the events occurring around us.
And in order to do that we must rely not on subjective imagination, not on momentary enthusiasm, not on lifeless books, but on facts that exist objectively; we must appropriate the material in detail and, guided by the general principles of Marxism-Leninism, draw correct conclusions from it.
Such conclusions are not mere lists of phenomena in A, B, C, D order or writings full of platitudes, but are scientific conclusions. Such an attitude is one of seeking truth from facts and not of currying favour by claptrap.
It is the manifestation of Party spirit, the Marxist-Leninist style of uniting theory and practice.
It is the attitude every Communist Party member should have at the very least. 】

| 李克勤后记：通，与不通，这本身也可谓一阴一阳谓之道。要理解通，就不能没有对不通的认识。吴清华，从想不通，到想得通，这是个过程，通过芭蕾舞来表现，无疑是极其具有启发意义的。 |
