11月来京雅堂,体会“辽”冬滋味。
On this discovery trip, we explored Liaoning,
a beautiful and fertile region.
It takes its name from both the Liao River
and the world for 'eternal peace'.

DALIAN
大 连
此行第一站来到辽宁的南端,大连。
这里是旧时代的港口,
受到外来文化的影响,有很多富有情调的异邦建筑。
走在大连街头,探访渔港,享受最鲜美的海鲜。
For the first stop, we travelled to Dalian
at the southern tip of the Liaoning peninsula.
The architecture and cuisine of this ancient port city
reflects its international influences and cultural mix.
We wandered Dalian’s streets,
experiencing both the history of the city
and its present-day energy while enjoying freshly caught seafood.

沈 阳
第二站,沈阳,探访了八一早市、沈阳故宫、张氏帅府,
北方人豪迈的生活气息沉淀为这座城市亲切大气的底蕴,
菜品也格外的温暖,铁锅炖,锅包肉,
外地食客耳熟能详的东北经典菜品在这里都可以找到。
Our second stop took us north to Shenyang
where we visited the city's old neighbourhood market,
the Shenyang Imperial Palace
and the historical Zhang Residence.
We were warmly welcomed
by the Northerners and their inclusive community.
A friendliness mirrored in their comforting dishes
like iron pot stews or sweet and sour deep-fried pork.
