The Positive Side of Pending Pods: A Toolkit for App Lifecycle - Aayush Sharma, WeMakeDevs
待处理Pod的积极方面:应用生命周期工具包 | The Positive Side of Pending Pods: A Toolkit for App Lifecycle - Aayush Sharma, WeMakeDevs
Pending pods are a common occurrence in Kubernetes and are occasionally requested. For instance, if your infrastructure or dependencies are in poor shape, you might wish to proactively cancel a deployment. In this situation, pending pods can assist you in seeing and avoiding issues before they arise. However, pending pods could also indicate a problem. For instance, if a pod is in a pending state for a long time, it can indicate a resource deficit or a configuration issue with the pod. To effectively manage your Kubernetes cluster, you must be able to see and comprehend pending pods. By understanding why pods are pending, you can take steps to prevent problems and ensure that your applications are running smoothly. Furthermore, due to its complex nature, it is hard to monitor the application and bring it back to the working stage. In this talk, Adam and Aayush will discuss all of the factors that can help developers get accurate information about pre and post-deployments in Kubernetes
