Dapr allows custom processing pipelines to be defined by chaining a series of middleware components. The Dapr bindings API allows developers to connect external resources to logic or storage without taking dependencies on special SDK or libraries. For example, an input like Kafka can be bound to an output like Amazon Kinesis for processing. This talk details the history of WebAssembly in Dapr and discuss future plans in Dapr.
