ISA Science City International School 广州科学城爱莎外籍人员子女学校
Professional development is a vital part of
ISA Science City International School.
A requirement for becoming an IB World School is that all schools must ensure that their teachers and administrators participate in IB-certified professional development.
During the workshop, teachers will engage in a collaborative environment in which they can explore the framework of the PYP, gain insights into the transdisciplinary nature of the PYP programme, unpack concept-driven curriculum, and learn how to implement inquiry as a means of teaching.
Through the IB Learner Profiles we model ourselves as learners and describe what we are and what we represent to the ISASC community.
As a group of learners, we establish Essential Agreements.
We explore what it means to be Internationally Minded in our Science City community.
围绕爱莎科学城社区，我们探讨了 "国际视野 "的含义。
The PYP explores transdisciplinary topics from both a local and global perspective. As teachers, we can examine the detailed documentation of the IB to understand the purpose and the way that the six transdisciplinary themes work in our setting.
