There will be no sparring during these workshops, and they are not 'fighting' classes. There will be no competition between participants, but there will be some light contact while training. While all fitness levels are welcome, do please note that if you are extremely unfit, it may limit your ability to fully benefit from the workshops.
The course will be held at Warrior One training and fitness studio, which is a 10 minute walk from Liangmaqiao Subway Station. The teacher is a native-English speaking martial artist from the UK, who has studied both Taichi and Shaolin styles for 20 years and has been teaching expats and Chinese people martial arts for 10 years.
If you have any questions, or would like to confirm your place, please add AJDonnelly on WeChat. Alternatively, email us at events@culturalkeys.cn.
We look forward to having you train with us soon!
