ACWA Power China - Business Development Manager （International Projects）•Take a lead role in project development for renewable/CCGT/SWRO IPP and/or IWP projects outside China. •Take a lead role in bid preparation, closing & submission, negotiation with the key external stakeholders, such as Off-taker, third party advisors, EPC contractors, main suppliers etc. and closing the project agreements•Manage project internal processes and reporting on progress against each key milestone.•Take a lead role in project closing process during the key steps of the project: main equipment & EPC selection, LNTP & EPC contract closing.•Manage project budget and costs and appropriate project management documentation.•Think creatively for project optimization in economics•Identify opportunities for renewable/CCGT/SWRO projects outside China.•Identify qualified players in EPC contractors and supply chain of renewable/CCGT/SWRO projects•Based in Beijing or Shanghai; with travels to Riyadh and/or Dubai if needed.Qualification and Experiences:•In-depth knowledge of the renewable/CCGT/SWRO technology and prospective development•Proven track records in closing IPP/IWP and/or EPC projects outside China•Profound understanding in EPC business, i.e. legal, commercial, technical and mindset•Good understanding of financial modelling and structure of non-recourse project finance•Strong connections and relationship within renewable/CCGT/SWRO industrial players, including tier-one EPC contractors, suppliers etc•5 to 7 years’ experience in the global business development of renewable/CCGT/SWRO industry•Working knowledge of MS Office•Engineering background with BSc/BA in Engineering or a related field•Analytical mind with sharp business savvy•Problem-solving aptitude•Strong business leadership skills•Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially with people from diversified cultural background•Outstanding organizational ability
