在VEGAN平台 · 上海Eve的演讲中，2019年的素食感恩节晚餐拉开了序幕！

The 2019 Vegan Thanksgiving kicked off with a presentation by VEGANS OF SHANGHAI --- Eve!

倒上圣培露气泡矿泉水，辛苦了一整天的人们谈笑着等待厨师们精心准备的感恩节大餐。

Pour on San Pellagrino sparkling water, people who have been working hard all day are laughing and talking as they wait for the Thanksgiving dinner prepared by the chefs.

感恩节怎么能少了火鸡呢？！首先上来的是一道纯素“火鸡肉” --- 纯素蔓越莓烤“肉”卷！

How can Thanksgiving be without “Turkey”?! First up is a vegan "Turkey" – Vegan Roast w/cranberry.

浓郁香脆的培根铺在厚实的烤“肉”卷上，一刀切下去，红褐色的蔓越莓馅便滚落出来。

The rich, crisp bacon is spread over the thick "meat" roll, once you cut it down, the reddish-brown cranberry filling rolls out as expected.

略咸的培根搭配着清脆的生菜，回味微甜，让人意犹未尽。

Slightly salty bacon is paired with crisp lettuce, gives the guests a bitter-sweet warm feeling.

大盘肉卷对于饥肠辘辘的人们来说是最美味的感恩节礼物，切一口入嘴，肉质鲜甜有嚼劲，配上多样的馅料，更突显出“肉”的丰富层次。

The meatloaf is the most delicious Thanksgiving gift for the hungry. Put it into the mouth, the meat is so sweet and chewy. Served with a variety of fillings, it highlights the rich layers of "meat".

紧接着上来的是颜色丰富的配菜 --- 烤土豆、红薯泥、青豆、洋葱酱。

Then came the colorful side dishes – roasted potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green beans, and onion gravy.

感恩节素派牢牢占据盘中C位，将酥脆金黄的外壳轻轻敲碎，就能看到它散发着热气的满满“肉馅”。

The Thanksgiving veggie pie firmly occupies the most important spot on the plate. If you crack the crispy golden shell gently, the hot “meat” will show themselves to your face.

配上香料的烤土豆外焦里嫩，咬一口以后再蘸上绵密的洋葱酱，请给我再上十份！

The roasted potatoes with the spices are charred on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve with onion gravy, I could eat ten more of these potatoes!

还有细腻的红薯泥，爽脆的青豆，给人带来味蕾享受的同时也让食客们忍不住竞相拍照。

There are also delicate sweet potato casserole, crisp green beans, which not only bring people wonderful taste but also let diners taking photos all the time.

最终的压轴嘉宾是椰子奶油南瓜派，入口即化的奶油配以南瓜派，本次素食感恩节就在甜蜜中落下了帷幕。

The final is pumpkin pie, the cream can melt in your mouth immediately, served with pumpkin pie, both of them bringing the 2019 Vegan Thanksgiving to a sweet closure.
